Location is good but the service is poor, the mattress bed they gave me had bugs and i couldn't sleep all night. The billing is done upfront so you really have no choice in the matter. The food provided was also abysmal

This hotel location like good. Its near by station also nearby shopping mall Temple fort like puna most famous areas. Normal its Budget hotel but This hotel provide best service of food and accommodation. Also every staff was helpful..... It's a great stay with Fab hotel thank you

Hotel is located in shivaji nagar but I loved it as it's quiet and look wise the hotel is great staff are good and helpful it's have bar facility and banquet and restaurant facility also few rooms have bath tub and fire safety precautions are also taken care off.

I had Confirmed booking for 19 rooms Check in 10th Jan 2019,Check Out 11th Jan vide Booking Id no 310371885,310495113,312105593 booked in month of October and paid in full to the hotel directly in month of December. The booking was done to accomodate guests for my daughters wedding on 11th Jan 2019 for a group of 44 guests. One day before The manager Mr. Rakesh Awachat 9960500584 calls me up and informs me that he cannot give more than 10 rooms since the online agency does not have authority to book so many rooms and that I should make arrangements for 10-12 guests else where. After much persuasion , he agreed to cater to 14 rooms only. We were unnecessarily submitted to mental anguish and at the last moment were required to book rooms at a higher rate elsewhere. Fabhotels called us up offering rooms in cheap locations. Please do not trust this hotel or site if you are making bookings online. You may be refused your booking as was done to me. Proceed with Caution

FabHotel Shivaji Nagar is a decent option. The front office team is warm and polite. They are upfront and open. Beds are comfortable and the linen needs to be cleaned appropriately. Coffee is really Good. Value for Money.
